Holiday Roseby ~AbstractDr3ams

I had been obsessed with the concept of holiday tree lights being my bokeh behind a rose. A Holiday Rose so to speak.

It took me a while to get everything the way I liked. I have twin toddlers so I had to unscrew a gate from the wall that surrounds our tree, move a table into my entry way where the tree is, set up a lamp to side light the rose but keep my tree in the dark. The list goes on haha. I swear the things we all do for art and to get a shot!

Their monthly theme of Blooms and Bokeh is what inspired me to begin with. I don't think it is good enough to submit there due to my own insecurities but I do thank their team for the monthly inspiration of themes to push myself to try something new.
